Biography Mr. Roepcke received his J.D. cum laude in 2009 from California Western School of Law. While in law school, he tutored criminal law and civil procedure, was an editor of the California Western Law Review and published an article entitled “Should I Stay or Should I Go?”: Preventing Illegal Immigration by Creating Opportunity in Mexico Through Microcredit Lending in the California Western International Law Journal. Mr. Roepcke is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, California Bar Association, and sits on the board of the San Diego and Imperial County Division of the March of Dimes. Litigation Mr. Roepcke has focused his practice on litigation. In law school, he obtained first hand courtroom experience by interning with the United States Attorney’s Office, San Diego District Attorney’s Office, San Diego City Attorney’s Office and the chambers of a Magistrate Judge. Since his admission to the bar of California, Mr. Roepcke has worked mainly in business litigation in both state and federal court. He has served as lead and co-counsel in cases ranging from contract disputes and evictions to creditor harassment and wrongful foreclosure lawsuits. Bar Admissions Education |
