Alexandra Falowski joined Carrillo, Huettel, LLP in 2010 as an associate in the Securities Regulation Department. Ms Falowski’s practice includes corporate, securities and transactional matters, including public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law disclosure and compliance.

Ms. Falowski earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law where she was recognized on the Dean's list, and was an active member of the student body. While in law school, Ms. Falowski interned in the legal department of Callaway Golf Corporate Headquarters, as well as the San Diego Alternate Public Defender’s Office. Prior to Law School, Ms. Falowski graduated from the University of Florida cum laude, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Criminology.
